Senior HR Advisor - Talent Pool Creation NSW Department of Communities and Justice Location: Various NSW locations Employment type: Temporary and Ongoing opportunities Salary: Clerk 9/10, $142,665.00 + super and leave loading Overview Drive impactful people strategies and shape workplace culture across DCJ and CSNSW. DCJ is creating a talent pool to fill upcoming Senior HR Advisor opportunities across two business units for future ongoing and temporary roles. The role focuses on business partnering, generalist HR advice, strategic workforce support, and inclusion and diversity initiatives that build a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities (You Will) Provide strategic HR advice and guidance on complex workforce issues. Lead initiatives in change management, workforce planning, performance, and culture. Manage sensitive matters such as grievances, misconduct, and industrial relations. Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in people leadership. Collaborate on reforms and organisational design to meet future workforce needs. Qualifications (You Bring) Strong experience in HR partnering or advisory roles within complex organisations. A confident and empathetic approach to employee relations and case management. Excellent communication and problemsolving skills. The ability to balance strategic and operational HR demands.
