The Installation Lead serves as the primary onsite liaison between field engineers, airport security, and client representatives, ensuring smooth execution and documentation of each installation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily work of Deployment Technicians to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and productivity goalsAct as onsite point of contact for Rapiscan field engineers, airport security personnel, and client stakeholdersAssist technicians with equipment placement, mechanical assembly, and safety checksEscalate technical issues, access delays, or site readiness concerns to the Operations ManagerEnsure post-deployment clean-up and coordinate packaging/shipment of loaner devices to next locationValidate completion of deployment documentation, calibration logs, and acceptance forms for submission to the Project CoordinatorEEO StatementApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
