Coach and mentor HR team members to build team capability. Influence and drive cultural change initiatives across the operation. Manage, negotiate and influence positive IR outcomes. Lead and manage workplace investigations. Qualifications and Experience Relevant degree in Human Resource, Business, Law or related field. Minimum 5years HR generalist experience, preferably within mining and/or heavy industry. Extensive IR exposure with strong casemanagement experience. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Ability to work strategically as well as deliver daytoday tasks in a demanding environment. Advanced computer literacy Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems.
