In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team within a newly built, state-of-the-art facility, helping to shape innovative and sustainable healthcare services that respond to the evolving needs of the growing Tweed-Byron communitynow and into the future. Responsibilities Provide efficient and effective day-to-day operational and strategic leadership and management of nursing and midwifery services to support high standards of care. Collaborate with the leadership team to shape innovative and sustainable healthcare services for the Tweed-Byron community. Engage and lead clinicians in planning, delivery, improvement and evaluation of health services, focusing on safety and quality improvements.
