This role will oversee all financial operations, including planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management, while developing strategies that enhance profitability across manufacturing and construction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading long-term financial planning and ensuring all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities align with the organisations strategic direction and growth objectives.Overseeing financial governance, risk management, and cash flow operations to maintain integrity, compliance, and sustainable financial performance.Providing strategic financial insights and guidance to the Executive Team and Board to inform investment decisions, business priorities, and long-term strategy.Enhancing financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the business.Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and key partners while supporting commercial initiatives through financial modelling, pricing, and project evaluation.About YouTertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or commerce, couple with CPA or CA certificationProven experience in a senior financial leadership role, ideally as a CFO, within the manufacturing, or construction sectorsStrong understanding of financial and management accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingStrong knowledge of compliance, taxation, and regulatory frameworks relevant to Australian business operationsProven ability to manage risk and ensure the integrity of financial governance, internal controls, and audit processesThis role offers an exceptional opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a reputable and growing organisation within Australias manufacturing sector.
