This role is based at either our Eastwood or Lonsdale office!The RoleAs a Leasing Partner, youll be at the forefront of leasing our new business properties. Youll play a key role in ensuring homes are leased quickly and smoothly, helping drive the success of our dynamic New Business team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct open inspections at the property, providing prospective tenants with relevant information.Process and shortlist application forms for potential new tenancies.Present applications to the landlord, in collaboration with the New Business Executive.Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries regarding available rental properties.Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.This is a full-time, entry-level position - perfect for someone eager to break into the real estate industry. Youll be mentored by seasoned professionals and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.The EssentialsTo be considered for this opportunity, you will possess the following:A current Property Management license or have finished your study, and are awaiting your licence (essential)A current drivers license and reliable vehicle (essential)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsA passion for real estate & growth in the industry!About OCOC Real Estate was founded in 2014 by Alexander Ouwens and Nathan Casserly with one shared belief.
