This is an elite technical visionaries position. You will own the architecture, technical strategy, and AI integration of our entire AIpowered learning ecosystem. What You Will Be Doing Architect and drive the technical vision for our AIpowered learning ecosystem, making critical decisions that balance innovation with scalability. Develop precise technical specifications that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and longterm viability while maintaining alignment with learning science principles. Implement cuttingedge generative AI technologies to automate engineering processes and elevate learning outcomes. Translate complex educational challenges into elegant technical solutions that deliver measurable student achievement gains. Drive executivelevel technical strategy while maintaining handson involvement in critical implementation decisions. What You Wont Be Doing Pure people management or bureaucratic oversight; your value comes from technical and product leadership. Wasting time in unnecessary meetings or administrative tasks; weve eliminated management overhead so you can focus on highimpact work. Creating theoretical strategies without implementation pathways; your recommendations must be grounded in practical, executable solutions. Building incremental features that dont fundamentally transform the learning experience. Conforming to traditional EdTech approaches that treat AI as a supplementary tool rather than the core operating system. Principal Product Architect Key Responsibilities Act as the CTO of one or more education products, owning core competencies and driving business value through seamless execution and strategic decision-making that measurably accelerates student achievement. Basic Requirements Deep experience and demonstrated passion for datadriven learning science. 7+ years of experience making critical architecture and design decisions on enterprise software projects, including the application of advanced architecture patterns. 2+ years of experience architecting solutions using cloud computing services (primarily AWS). 4+ years in positions with full technical and delivery ownership on revenuegenerating products. Proven experience building product features that leverage Generative AI beyond basic implementations. Demonstrated success using Generative AI to transform and simplify complex work processes. About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesnt have to be. Theyre tearing down the outdated onesizefitsall model and replacing it with AIdriven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day. Working with us This is a fulltime (40 hours per week), longterm position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
