OverviewThis is a 12-month fixed term opportunity located at Tarong Power Stations.The Electrical Fitter helps carry out preventative and corrective maintenance to a range of plant equipment, systems and processes to help ensure plant availability and reliability at Tarong Power Station.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and breakdown maintenance on a broad range of plant in accordance with procedures, ensuring all work is completed to appropriate reliability and safety standards.Perform maintenance, inspection and replacement of existing electrical equipment in hazardous areas.Provide recommendations for improvements to maintenance procedures, standard jobs, and drawings to conform to quality assurance requirements.Provide input with design and implement modifications to plant and equipment.QualificationsTrade Certificate Electrical Fitter Mechanic.Current Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic LicenseRecognised as an Endorsed Employer for all Women by WORK180About StanwellStanwell is Queenslands largest and most reliable electricity generator.
