About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity for any individual (experienced or not) to join our well-established team and to contribute to the high level of standards that our resorts are known for. Room Attendant Responsibilities Day to day turnover of rooms including linen changes, vacuuming, dusting, restocking of amenities and general maintenance and presentation of rooms and public areas. Adhere to strict timelines and work in a fastpaced environment. Deliver exceptional customer service to RACV members and guests. Maintain strong attention to detail and personalise service as required. Requirements Previous housekeeping experience (desired, not required). Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work a 7day rotational roster including weekends and public holidays. Must be available on weekends. Ability to adhere to strict timelines and work in a fastpaced environment. Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Strong attention to detail and ability to personalise service.
