Your new roleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will participate in the completion of a Cert III in Process Manufacturing while gaining on-the-job training and experience. Your responsibilities will include: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report hazards. Assist in the daily operation of plant equipment (OLRP, shredder, baler, granulator). Help with sorting, loading, and moving material safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading trucks, skip bins, and trailers. Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas. Support quality control by identifying and removing contamination. Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as directed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Participate in training and rotate through different departments to learn site operations.
