Clinical Assistant Materials Management (Fluids), Pharmacy Services We are excited to welcome a Clinical Assistant Materials Management (Fluids) to our Pharmacy Department. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. The common objective of the Pharmacy Service is that patients derive maximum benefit from medications whilst being exposed to minimum risk. This purpose will be achieved by the deployment of a skilled and caring pharmacy workforce. The position will provide high level pharmaceutical services to the patients of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service in accordance with their needs and the policies and priorities of the Health Service. Key Responsibilities Participate as a team member of the materials management (fluids) team to provide efficient and accurate inventory management services, particularly of bulk fluids, including distribution, return of stock, stock rotation, expiry date monitoring and stocktake. Triage and action all emailed/phone inventory queries and requests within reasonable timeframes. Salary between $68,471 - $71,983 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA3) (Permanent Full time, 76 hrs p.f.).
