If youre passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, with flexibility required across seven days, including weekends and public holidays wed love to hear from you.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional service to all guests across the restaurant and bar.Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels.Recommending menu items confidently, sharing your knowledge of food and beverage offerings.Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest needs with professionalism and warmth.Rotating roster across Monday through to SundayShifts starting from 12.00pm (subject to change)A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificationHourly rates (excluding super):Monday Friday: $31.19 per hourSaturday: $37.43 per hourSunday: $43.66 per hourQualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:Previous experience as a waitstaff, bartender, or all-rounder in a hospitality environment.A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysAdditional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
