The Role: As a Christmas Casual, youll be the friendly first face our members see and the energy that keeps the club buzzing. Whether youre greeting members, answering calls, or whipping up protein shakes, youll deliver exceptional service and help our team finish the year strong. What Youll Be Doing: Greet and assist members at reception and in the caf Answer calls, manage enquiries, and support with class bookings Help parents book their kids into Kids Cartel Prepare coffee and protein shakes in our caf Support product and membership sales Keep reception and caf areas clean, tidy, and stocked Perform opening and closing duties What Youll Need to Succeed: Availability throughout December & January (closed Christmas Day only) Previous customer service experience and great communication skills A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for fitness Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic Flexibility to work shifts suited to gym operations Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) About Fitness Cartel Australia: At Fitness Cartel Australia, were more than a gym were a fast-growing, feel-good fitness brand with bold plans to grow to 60+ clubs by 2030.
