You will work one-on-one with customers to identify their strengths, remove barriers, and guide them through tailored action plans toward becoming job ready.This is a dynamic role that blends relationship building, problem-solving, and goal setting, while also fostering strong connections with employers, community organisations, and industry partners to create meaningful employment opportunities.
