OverviewAre you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy solving problems to make a real impact in people''s lives?We are currently looking for energetic Schedulers who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Administration Service Lead, you act as the first point of contact for all Brightwater at Home clients and employees providing exceptional customer service via different channels to resolve any issues and ensuring client care is delivered seamlessly.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for Brightwater at Home clients and employees, providing exceptional customer service via different channels to resolve issues and ensure client care is delivered seamlessly.Support operational services under the direction of the Administration Service Lead.Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient scheduling and client satisfaction.Employment detailsWe have 2 permanent full-time positions available where you may be required to work varying shifts for operational services.During the 3-month probationary period this role is based in our head office located in Inglewood, Monday to Friday 9.00am 5pm and 8am 4pm shifts.After probation, you will rotate through various shifts between 6am - 8pm Monday to Friday.
