OverviewMaintenance Officer/Groundsperson Cobram Resort, permanent full-timeResponsibilitiesGeneral property and building maintenance and repairs, painting, pool maintenance, general plumbing/drainage, water systems, air-conditioning split systems maintenance, gardening and landscaping, planting, mowing and general cleaningOperate and move caravans using a tractor on/off site and through the resort; drive company vehicles and trucks (under 12 tonnes)Use tools, equipment and maintain OHS standards complying with policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and tidy work spaceWhat youll needPrevious experience and knowledge in a Maintenance/Groundsperson role in a resort or similar environmentDrivers Licence, LR or MR truck licenceTractor operation and towing experience (desirable)Pool maintenance, landscaping, gardening, irrigation knowledge and skills (highly desirable)Strong communication, time management, attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to work well in a team or independently, performing active physical duties, including heavy lifting up to 20kgsA positive attitude and approach to work, enthusiastic, flexible/adaptable and excellent personal presentationFull working rights in AustraliaWhat we offerExclusive employee benefitsFriendly and supportive workplace cultureRequirements and application detailsThe role is full-time 38 hours per week with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
