About the Role: To be successful for this position you will need to have: A desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude. Customer service focused. Professional presentation. Excellent communication skills with peers, supervisors and patrons. A willingness to learn and adapt within the team. Current RSA, RCG Competencies & Advanced RCG. Able to work on a rotating roster with ability to work late nights and weekends. Experience in Bar, Gaming, TAB and KENO is highly regarded but not essential.
