Roles are full-time and located within our Mobile Patrols portfolio, with responsibilities in response and support activities.Duties & Responsibilities2+ years of experience in the security services industryExceptional interpersonal skillsFlexible to work a rotating roster, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (24/7, day and night shifts)Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)Highly safety- and security-focused with the ability to think on the goStrong customer service focusRespond to incidents calmly and confidentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional reporting skillsHigh level of personal presentation and conductAbility to work well in a team and comply with all policies and proceduresWho We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar roleCurrent and valid NT Security licenceCurrent and valid NT Driver''s licenceCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationsAbility to walk, stand, and sit for long periodsExcellent computer and administration skillsFull, unlimited right-to-work in AustraliaWillingness to work day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWe are committed to diversity and inclusion.
