You will play an important part in assisting people to maintain wellness and realise their goals. On a day to day basis you will:Deliver structured, time-limited, and goal-oriented support in line with CPS national guidelines, focused on improving daily functioning and achieving recovery goals.Collaborate with participants to co-design and implement individual recovery plans based on their strengths, needs, and aspirations.Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adapt supports as needed.Co-facilitate group programs that promote recovery, social connection, skill-building, and personal development.Provide capacity building support across key life domains including housing, employment, education, physical health, and social engagement.Connect participants with mainstream and community services to foster long-term independence.We value lived experience and believe peer support is a powerful part of the mental health recovery journey. Our Peer Worker roles are for those willing to use their lived experience and personal recovery to mentor people with a lived experience of a mental health issue.
