OverviewWe are currently seeking motivated Personal Care Workers to join our team in Frankston, Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Springvale, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Dromana, and Mornington Peninsula on a Casual/Permanent Part-Time basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care to our aged care clients within an in-home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably on Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist clients at home with personal care tasks like showering, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and household chores.Support clients to stay independent by helping them go out for shopping, appointments, and community activities.Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service.Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors.Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values.Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill.Essential Qualifications & RequirementsBased in Frankston, Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Springvale, Dandenong, Narre Warren, Dromana, and Mornington Peninsula or nearby suburbs.Available for a minimum of three weekdays a week.Completed Certificate III in aged care or Individual support or above.Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate.Experience working within the Aged Care Sector or with Elderly people is advantageous.Current Full Australian Drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.Whats in it for You?Competitive salary with salary packaging and novated leasing (up to $18,550 p.a.).Ongoing, professional development, team building, and wellbeing support.Paid travel allowance between client appointments.How to applyClick to submit your application.Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check.A medical assessment will be conducted to see if you are physically capable of the role.If you require support with the application process, please contact [emailprotected].Baptcare is a child safe organisation that is dedicated to the safety, empowerment, and participation of all children.
