Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilities and young peopleAssist with personal care, mobility, and skill developmentBuild meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional supportSupport community participation and recreational activitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plansAdvocate for customer rights and promote independenceCreate safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needs.
