Their services encompass to make effective products using healthy ingredients, With ongoing growth, they are now seeking multiple Production Workers to join their team in their Burleigh Heads Warehouse.What you will be doingAs a Production Worker you will be based out of the Burleigh Heads depot, this role is site based on the Gold Coast and you will be required to Work Monday Friday on a casual basis starting at 6.30am and working until 3.30pm and your duties will involveSet up and operate machinery to accurately fill skincare and haircare finished products with attention to detail and efficiency.Follow packaging procedures preparing products for shipping/storage and ensure products meet our high-quality standards before leaving the facility.Check labels, seals, and product condition on a production line including in-process tests and checks to maintain product quality.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Assist with inventory control and help manage stock levels.Work closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure smooth operation and timely deliveries.Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to packaging machinery or product packaging and report any issues or malfunctions.Help with labelling, bottling and preparing products for different markets, following all regulatory requirements.Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.What you will needPrevious packing experience in a manufacturing warehouse or clean environment (e.g. skincare, pharmaceuticals, food/beverage), is highly desirable but not essentialA keen eye for detail to ensure every product meets our high-quality standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.A genuine passion for natural skincare and a desire to contribute to the success of the brand.Strong knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow them.Physically fit and able perform manual handling tasks.A great attitude with a strong work ethicWhats In It For You?ASAP startCompetitive PayWork for a distinguished brandIf you''re looking for work and would like more information, please APPLY NOW or reach out on the below.Sophie Campbell Recruitment CoordinatorPhone 07 5556 2229Job Reference BSINDJ2025137910About WorkPacWorkPac is Australias largest privately owned workforce solutions business.
