Job LocationShellharbour, NSW, New South Wales PositionCasual Barista / Bar Attendant DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled, dedicated barista and bar attendant to deliver outstanding customer experience at The Links, Shell Cove. This role is part of a vibrant team across food & beverage, gaming, cafe, functions and entertainment. You will also collaborate with the golf operations team to support corporate and social golf events. Responsibilities Prepare espresso, milk texturing and latte art to high standards. Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable moments for guests. Work in a fastpaced environment across multiple operating channels. Maintain cleanliness and assist with facility maintenance under minimal supervision. Assist golf operations team with corporate and social golf events. Work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays. Comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements. Qualifications 12 years experience as a barista. High level of care, professionalism and attention to detail. Positive, enthusiastic team player. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment. Current RSA Certificate and RCG accreditation. Experience with multiple operating channels (food & beverage, gaming, cafe, functions, entertainment) a plus.
