We are currently seeking both Qualified Educators and Assistant Educators to join and strengthen our team at the Kalgoorlie OSHC service. Youll support the supervisor by implementing effective service programs, monitoring behaviour and ratios, while building positive relationships with the children and their parents. Youll contribute to regular activities, incursions, and excursions that make the role engaging for both children and educators.Youll be great in this role if youHave a passion to inspire primary aged children to develop and learnQualified Educators: Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification, such as a Certificate IV in Childrens Services, Diploma in Childrens Services (014), Bachelor of Education, or equivalent. Overseas qualifications must be assessed and recognised by ACECQA.Assistant Educators: Formal qualification is not required, but prior childcare experience is highly regarded.Have finished your Mandatory Reporting Training (MRT) course, or willing to do so.Have implemented programs for 4-to-12-year-oldsCan obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children cardOur latest survey resultsAt the Y WA, we thrive on feedback and deeply value our peoples insights that drive positive change.
