Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Engagement & Support Coordinator Plant/Site: JBS Riverina Plant Date Posted: 29 Oct 2025 About the role: Due to the ongoing growth of the Riverina Plant team, an opportunity has arisen for an Engagement and Support Coordinator to join the HR team at Riverina Plant in a permanent full-time capacity. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and working closely with the International Mobility Team and our existing Engagement and Support Coordinator, this role is primarily responsible for the lifecycle delivery of the initial onboarding activities as well as the ongoing pastoral care of our internationally sourced employee groups through the PALM Mobility Program (Pacific Labour Scheme). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide end to end, hands-on support and pastoral care to new and existing PALM schemeemployees across a range of new arrival activities including; Accommodation Transport Shopping Banking Communications Work with the Pacific Labour Facility (PLF) to ensure efficiency and sponsor obligations are met Manage site expectations on PALM resourcing based on reporting, candidate arrivals and process updates Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholder to provide direction, advice and query management Ad hoc reporting as required by the business units Maintain accurate data records for immigration and reporting purposes About you: Demonstrated ability to communicate with employees across a wide range of cultural backgrounds Previous experience within the meat industry is advantageous Relationship focused Approachable, empathetic and naturally inclined to want to help others Flexible and adaptable Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well under pressure Ability to prioritise and be able to manage several tasks simultaneously Previous experience within a similar Pastoral care role advantageous Previous experience with the PALM or PLS programs advantageous Ability to exercise good judgment and capable of understanding the impact of decision making on the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
