Job No.: 686270 | Location: Clayton campus | Employment Type: Full-time | Duration: Continuing appointment | Remuneration: $96,768 $104,450 pa HEW Level 06 (plus 17% employer superannuation)Amplify your impact at a world top 50 UniversityBe surrounded by extraordinary ideas and the people who discover themThe OpportunityThe Ticketing Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and efficient operation of the MPAC ticketing services, including ticketing system administration, event client liaison and ticket sales.ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and undertaking specialised administrative tasks of the ticketing management system and MPAC website, including implementing planned upgrades and systems improvements as well as coordinate, build, design, configure, update and maintain events in MPACs ticketing system and website. Furthermore, you will provide leadership, supervision, coordination, and direction to a team of ticketing staff on a day to day basis, including planning and rostering of staff and other resources, balancing competing priorities to achieve goals and maximise effectiveness, efficiency as well as fostering a responsive customer service focused culture.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will bring a strong background in performing arts ticketing and substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience in management of a ticketing system, box office operation and staff in a multi-venue performing arts complex; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.About Monash UniversityAt Monash, work feels different.
