OverviewBe part of something brand new at Ripley! Were opening the doors to something special in January 2026, a purpose-built, 136-place early learning service with 7 rooms designed to spark imagination and connection. As our Service Manager, youll be the first piece of the puzzle leading the setup, shaping the culture, and handpicking your dream team with support from our Story House Support Office. Youll join us as early as November to bring our vision to life from setting up your service to welcoming the first families.If youre ready to put your stamp on something new and lead a story worth telling, this is your moment. Responsibilities Lead the setup of a new early learning service, including culture and operations. Recruit, select, and develop your leadership team with support from the central office. Welcome the first families and establish strong relationships with families and the local community. Collaborate with Story House Support Office to ensure service readiness and ongoing success.
