The TeamThe Beaconsfield District Health Service consists of a 22 bed facility including Residential Aged Care, Respite, Subacute care and Palliative care. There are also a number of community services, visiting services and support groups that operate from the service including Day centre, home help services, Women''s health, social work, physiotherapy and Community nursing.The RoleIdentify, plan and implement a range of programs in consultation with community members.Supervise, plan and coordinate the day to day work of Home Care Services.Management of human and material services to ensure best health and wellbeing outcomes.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Why TasmaniaThe Department of Health Tasmania oversees various hospitals across the state, including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, as well as district hospitals and ambulance services.
