We are focused on our customers with an unmistakable focus on quality at all times.**About the Role:**We are seeking a passionate individual who cares about creating premium experiences and growing with our business.The Customer Service Manager is a critical role within our very small and close knit team. The role has the responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Barossa Cellar Door with the aim to increase wine sales and business revenue through a focus on customer experience. This involves running of the Cellar Door and engaging with our members, customers and community.This position will work closely with the business team of winemaker and owners on creative planning and wine release timing. As is the willingness to learn and develop your industry knowledge and skills. Strong interpersonal skills for in-person and written communications are essential.You will have strong skills using Microsoft office.
