About This Opportunity Located at the front counter in the Display Gallery, a Customer Service Officer serves as the face of the society. They are the first, and occasionally the only, person whom the tourist visitors or other clients meet. Their main role is to accept the entry fees and counter sales. They must be both a good communicator and competent at handling money. The Customer Service Officer works in conjunction with the Museum Guide to give the visitor an enjoyable and interesting museum experience.
