Sinclair Wilson are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our Warrnambool office. The position is part time, ideally 3 days per week and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to negotiate working hours and days.In this unique role, youll provide vital administrative support to our specialist Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Division. This team plays an important role in helping clients manage and grow their retirement wealth, and your contribution will ensure their experience is seamless and efficient from start to finish.Your day will be varied from preparing documentation, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with compliance requirements, to liaising with clients and external stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner. Youll work closely with our SMSF accountants and advisors, supporting them to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes while keeping everything organised behind the scenes.About YouYou are a highly organised and professional individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of client service. With strong attention to detail, you approach every task with care and accuracywhether preparing documentation, managing client records, or supporting internal processes.You are self-motivated and capable of working independently, showing initiative to manage your time and priorities effectively. At the same time, you thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to team goals and supporting colleagues to deliver the best outcomes for clients.Key AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.Previous administration or secretarial experience.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise competing tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer literacy.High attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.A positive, approachable, and professional attitude.Experience within a legal or accounting practice is advantageous, but not essential.About UsAt Sinclair Wilson, we are more than just accountants we are trusted business partners, problem-solvers, and community builders.
