So, come join us.A typical day may look like:Building strong relationships with a diverse customer base including local farmers, primary producers, and trade customersAssisting customers in-store and over the phone with pricing, product queries, and counter salesPerforming general administrative tasks such as stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goodsSupporting merchandise campaigns and maintaining a welcoming, well-presented store environmentLoading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveriesEnsuring safety processes are followed at all timesA little about you:You''re self-motivated, proactive, and bring a positive approach to customer serviceYou have strong time management and verbal communication skillsYoure passionate about Australian agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandiseYou have experience achieving sales outcomes using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products relevant to local cropsYoure keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and salesA current drivers licence and forklift ticket is advantageous but not essentialThis is a permanent part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) and includes Saturday morning shifts (9am12pm).This job will remain posted until filled.
