From prescribing equipment to recommending exercises, youll work alongside carers, families, and other professionals to make daily life easier and more fulfilling.Youll also build strong local partnerships, contribute to continuous improvement, and help shape services that feel personal.In this role youll have the flexibility to plan your own schedule, with admin time at our Hervey Bay office, from home, or a co-working space. Were offering Full or Part-Time Permanent weekday hours, with the chance to make a real impact in the lives of older people in your local community.You will Thrive in this role ifYou are someone who sees the person behind the care plan. Youre calm under pressure, curious about better ways to help, and ready to make a real difference in your community.Youll also have:A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registrationExperience with and strong interest in providing OT support to people who are ageingConfidence working independently and managing your timeClear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with a multidisciplinary teamConfidence with technology and attention to detail when documenting careA valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle you will use for workFirst Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check (or are happy to get)Belonging Starts HereWe believe real care starts with real belonging.
