The Role Were looking for experienced Earthworks Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. Youll work with a close knit team on delivering this fantastic project. In this position you will Coordinate small to medium sized teams of Plant operators and operate plant machinery to assist with construction of new the new factory. Requirements Have experience operating multiple earthmoving machines and the relevant tickets (if applicable) with a minimum 3 years experience (Excavator 1-30 tons, Backhoe, Front end loader and Bobcat) Experience leading and coordinating small to medium sized team Have experience in all aspects of Civil works Have experience in installing stormwater drainage and pits, sewerage and service pipes Have laser levelling experience with the ability to set up and use dumpy levels and set pipe lasers Have experience in rock hammering, excavation, trenching, piering, bulk excavation and levelling Have GPS final trim experience Possess the ability to work both in a team environment and independently, with high attention to detail Have a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) Have a current driving licence and own transport Have a HC (Unrestricted) Licence (an advantage) Be physically fit to undertake manual tasks Pay Rates Rates range from $40 - $55 per hour plus penalties rates for overtime (based on skills and experience) 50-60 hours per week Why Join Crossmuller?
