The Role This is a hands-on support role assisting our Property Management team in delivering exceptional service. You''ll help ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly while learning from experienced professionals in a supportive, forward-thinking agency. Responsibilities Coordinating routine inspections and maintenance Conducting open homes Liaising with tenants, trades and landlords Qualifications A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate Previous property management experience (or strong support/admin experience in a PM team) Excellent communication and organisation skills A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to contribute to a team Strong attention to detail and a client-focused mindset Confidence using property management software Why Join Active Agents?
