Technology Support Specialist (Clubs) Job Type: Casual Pay: AU$32.50 AU$42.50 per hour Licence/Certification: Security Providers (QLD) OR Class 2C Security License (NSW) (Preferred) Full Driver Licence (Required) Work Authorisation: Australia (Required) Work Location: In person About the Role Were looking for a hands-on Technology Support Specialist to join our growing team at Cyberry at our head office in Miami, Queensland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety : supporting IT systems, network infrastructure, and audio-visual technology across venues in the hospitality industry. Youll provide both on-site and remote support to clients, so strong communication skills and a professional approach are essential. The role includes troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance work, with occasional physical setup and cabling tasks. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain IT and AV systems across client venues. Assist with software and hardware setup, configuration, and updates. Provide technical support and guidance to clients. Support and maintain Microsoft Server and Active Directory networks. Work with network infrastructure, including running and terminating CAT6 cabling. Collaborate with our team and partners on new technology projects and installations. About Cyberry Cyberry is a technology and services company working with registered clubs and hospitality venues across Queensland and New South Wales. We deliver a mix of technology solutions, signage software, and consulting services, helping venues run smarter and communicate better. About You You have intermediate IT skills, especially with Microsoft environments. Youre familiar with networks, servers, and AV systems. Most importantly, youre comfortable working with systems you dont fully understand, using general principles of problem solving, tinkering, and figuring things out as you go. You enjoy problem-solving and learning on the fly. You have great people skills and take pride in helping clients. Youre hands-on and not afraid to get involved in practical work. Essential Requirements Current drivers licence. Ability to provide a Police Certificate. Eligibility for a Security Providers Licence (QLD) or Class 2C Licence (NSW). Desirable Qualifications in IT, Electrotechnology, or related fields. Experience in hospitality or venue environments.
