We look to hire the best and then help you to become even better.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Workshop/Field Service Supervisor to join our team in Cummins Devonport.The successful Supervisor will be looking after both Workshop and Field Service aspects of the business in all our Cummins engine platforms in On Highway, Off Highway, Mining Marine and Power Generation equipment.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprenticesConsulting with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to endEnsuring adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the Branch LeadershipCompleting required documentationLiaise with external customers with job bookings, job management and invoicingBeing a hands-on Supervisor from time to timeResponsibilitiesTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Relevant trade qualification Mechanical, Light or Heavy Vehicle, Plant Mechanic or Fitter (to Australian standards)Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining, power generation on engines and similar applications is preferredProven experience leading, supervising, or mentoring within a workshop environmentExperience using electronic diagnostics systems is advantageousStrong communication and organisational skills, with a hands-on leadership styleThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingFamiliarity with business systems such as Movex or SAP (preferred but not essential)HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck and Forklift licence and would be advantageousA proactive attitude and willingness to learn and growQualificationsJob ServiceOrganization Cummins Inc.Role Category On-siteJob Type TechnicianReqID 2420676Relocation Package Yes #J-18808-Ljbffr
