We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally.Were looking for a hands-on and organised Training Officer to join our HR team at our Grantham processing plant. If you enjoy supporting people, driving compliance, and helping staff reach their potential, this could be the perfect role for you.Your Role: Reporting to the HR Manager, youll coordinate and deliver all on-site training and development activities across the facility.
