Waste Operations Logistics Officer (200007661) Nowra, AustraliaJoin Our Team as a Waste Operations Logistics Officer ShoalhavenAre you organised, proactive, and ready to make a real impact in waste operations? We are looking for a Waste Operations Logistics Officer to coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and resources across Shoalhavens waste services.What Youll Do:Plan and coordinate daily vehicle movements, deliveries, and equipment transfers.Keep transport schedules, inventory, and records accurate and up to date.Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations.Support fleet maintenance and emergency logistics needs.Assist with procurement and stock control of operational supplies.Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and operational policies.What Were Looking For (Ideally):Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, Certificate III in Logistics, or equivalent experience.Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.Proficiency with logistics software or systems (GPS tracking, inventory management).Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements.Current Class C Drivers Licence and right to work in Australia.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience in local government or waste management logistics.Knowledge of environmental regulations related to waste transport.If you dont meet all of the above requirements but believe you have something special you could bring to this role we still want to hear from you!
