Overview ENGEO is excited to be hiring a junior/cadet laboratory technician to join our growing team. We have been busy establishing our brand new geotechnical and CMT laboratory, which is now rearing to go and firing on all cylinders. We currently have a team of 6 with a great mix of keen juniors and seasoned experts. There''s plenty of work coming through the door, and we''ve recently landed some significant projects, so we are looking forward to welcoming the newest member of our crew. The Role This cadet position will be based at our newly fitted out NATA-accredited CMT laboratory in Yatala, you''ll work alongside a dedicated team and receive lots of training and support from our wider Queensland crew. As a Cadet, You''ll Be Trained And Mentored To Assist with sampling and laboratory testing of civil construction materials. Support NDT operations and learn to coordinate lab and field testing. Help maintain lab records, label samples, and upload data to internal systems. Learn to conduct calibration, compliance, and quality assurance activities. Understand and apply NATA and ISO 17025 methods & standards. What''s in it for you?
