Purpose of the Role We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to join our onsite technical services team. Based at a major healthcare facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure safe and efficient building operations. This is a handson role suited to someone who thrives in a busy, clientfacing environment and is committed to maintaining essential building services. Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including chillers, split systems, ventilation, and filtration systems Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems Ensure compliance with relevant standards, WHSE requirements, and client KPIs Use mobile technology (iPad provided) to maintain accurate records and reporting Build positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues Essential Qualifications Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Refrigerant Handling Licence (Artic) Restricted Electrical Licenceli>White Card and current Drivers Licence Minimum 2 years experience in commercial or healthcare HVAC systems (all levels encouraged to apply) Excellent customer service and communication skills Australian Citizenship is required Desirable Qualifications Experience in critical environments (e.g., healthcare, data centres) Why Join BGIS?
