As a business we are growing fast so we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.What youll be doingPreparing and paying creditors on timeEnsuring creditor invoices are posted to the correct GLCompleting creditor credit applicationsEnsuring Company credit guidelines are followedDaily bank reconciliationsGreeting customers/visitors to the branch and assisting with general queriesMaintaining petty cash and doing banking dutiesOrdering stationary supplies and maintaining adequate stockGeneral administration duties including filing, organising meetings and refreshments, booking travel etcWhat we''re looking forPrevious administration and accounts experienceCustomer-focused, team-orientated, self-motivated and enthusiasticExcellent attentional to detail, communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience working in a vehicle dealership is desirableAttractive hourly rate + penalty ratesLeadership training and career advancementSocial events and friendly team environmentHealth and wellbeing support programsRetail, banking and health insurance discount programsHow to applyTake the next step by clicking apply now and follow all prompts.
