This is a unique opportunity to lead service delivery that empowers individuals to live independently, reduce social isolation, and connect meaningfully with their communities.You Will Be Responsible ForLeading and supervising support workers to deliver safe, responsive, and goal-oriented services.Embedding best practice frameworks such as Active Support and Wellness & Enablement.Managing service delivery, compliance, and quality assurance in line with QCSS guidelines.Facilitating support planning and reviews that promote independence and community connection.Building strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.Ensuring services are delivered within funding parameters and legislative requirements.What You''ll BringDiploma in Community Services, Disability, or equivalent experience.Proven leadership in human services, ideally within aged care, disability, or mental health.Strong understanding of QCSS service delivery principles and funding guidelines.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive remote team.Current Driver''s Licence, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.Essential requirements for the roleHave a current Blue Card - or be eligible to apply;Have a current drivers licence;Provide a current Australian Federal Police Criminal History Check or successfully pass one;Have working rights in AustraliaWhy Work for us?We offer a competitive remuneration on the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 5.
