OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic Extended Community Care Team in the Helensburgh and Lomond area. This is a full-time permanent post (36 hours per week) based in the Helensburgh/Lochside area, with a commitment to weekend working and late shift cover until 10pm.As part of the Community Nursing Team, you will work closely with colleagues and other health and social care professionals to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families, carers, and communities.
