About Us Think Play Say is a small, neuroaffirming, family-centred speech pathology clinic supporting children, young people aged 320 years and their families. Were based on the Sunshine Coast and offer a friendly, values-driven environment where your learning is prioritised and your contributions are valued. We are looking for a new graduate or early career speech pathologist who is ready to join a team real support, manageable expectations, and space to grow. What we offer Salaried position from $77,000 plus super (part-time options available) Scheduled weekly supervision and mentoring tailored to your needs Gradual caseload build just 3 new clients per week Sustainable target of 18 client sessions per week for your first year for new grads Hands-on learning opportunities through shadowing, joint sessions and mentoring with a senior speech pathologist (20 years experience in paediatric speech sound disorders, language and literacy) Dedicated, bright clinic space with private therapy rooms and open-plan areas Well-equipped clinic with games, iPads, and a range of standardised assessments Professional development budget Paid birthday leave Flexible hours, and the ability to build up TOIL (time off in lieu) for extra school holiday leave Friendly, supportive team culture Neurodivergent practitioners welcome to apply About You Current or in process: SPA membership, Blue card, yellow card and a Medicare provider number Passionate about working with children and young people Open to learning, asking questions, and growing into the role Strong communication and organisational skills Committed to neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice (family in the room, kids do well when they can) Willing to reflect, collaborate, and have a bit of fun along the way Ready to apply?
