OverviewLocation: Cambridge, Hybrid- 3 Days a week. This role is responsible for identifying market needs, defining product requirements, and delivering successful product launches in collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. The Sr. Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer and the business, driving innovation and execution to meet revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the product roadmap, aligning with company strategy and market opportunitiesLead cross-functional product development from concept through launch and end-of-lifeGather and analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to define requirements and business casesRecord, interpret, and report test data with attention to accuracy, repeatability, and traceabilityCollaborate with engineering and UX teams to develop and prioritize feature backlogs and release plansServe as the product subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholdersDrive go-to-market strategies, launch planning, pricing, and positioning in collaboration with marketing and salesBasic QualificationsBSc or BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent in engineering or computer science8+ years of Product Ownership or related experience in technology, software or manufacturing industries3+ years managing complex product lifecycles, from ideation to post-launch5+ years of market research, financial analysis, and product strategyPreferred QualificationsExperience in additive manufacturing, industrial equipment, or B2B technology marketsMBA or PhD a plusStrong presentation skills with executive audiencesExperience managing SaaS, hardware, or integrated system productsRelaxed informal open plan office, in Cambridge city centreFun quarterly team events plus BBQs and social get togethers.
