Why this role matters As a Senior Development Planner,youll lead the assessment of development and subdivisionapplications, provide expert advice to Council, and lead a talentedteam of planners while influencing key decisions that will defineour citys future. What youll do Take the lead on complex development and subdivisionassessments. Mentor and support a team of planners, fostering acollaborative and high-performing environment. Provide sound, planning advice to Council andstakeholders. Ensure development aligns with planning legislation,policy, and the Citys long-term vision. Use your delegated authority to make informed, impactfuldecisions that support sustainable growth. Highly developed analytical, conceptual and designskills.
