OverviewReporting into the Centre Manager, our Storage Consultants are vital within our business, working closely with customers to deliver seamless service. We are recruiting a Part Time Storage Consultant to work at our Bunbury centre and support surrounding centres. The role is exciting and varied, encompassing customer service, administration, and operational tasks. National Storage is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of the self-storage industry.The required roster for this role will be:Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am-5pmWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pmKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver the ultimate customer experience by supporting and guiding customers in choosing the best storage optionsConduct centre tours and walkthroughs, showcasing facilitiesMaintain the centres presentation, cleanliness and general operational dutiesAction general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claimsAchieve KPIs and targets to ensure centres reflect high standardsMaintain a safe and secure centre by adhering to workplace health and safety proceduresAbout YouStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholdersCustomer-centric and sales orientedProficient at using technology and multitasking between different systemsMotivated and proactive, with a positive attitudeAbility to work well in a team and autonomouslyGrowth mindset with a genuine willingness to learnDrivers license and car (required)Ability to work on a rotating roster, with every second Saturday from 9am-2pmAbout UsSince 2000, National Storage has become one of Australias leading self-storage providers, operating 270+ centres in Australia and New Zealand.
