We are looking to support our Information Governance Team to respond to Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests.ResponsibilitiesProcess enquiries using the Council''s IT systems.Chase the provision of information and prepare responses to be sent to the public.Liaise with the public, staff in all council departments and external organisations.Qualifications and requirementsAt least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.GCSE in Mathematics and English at Grade C/Level 4 or above.High standard of written and verbal communication.Highly organised with excellent IT skills and attention to detail.Inquisitive mind to source information.Ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English.Working hours and location37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
