This is a local role offering stability, career development, and the benefit of being home every night.ResponsibilitiesLeading toolbox meetings and safety conversationsCreation of HSE work packsAssisting in the writing and presenting of HSE reportsDevelopment and implementation of HSE management plansConducting incident investigationsProviding HSE adviceReviewing and creating work permits and JHAs/ SWMSConducting auditsWhat you will bringMinimum 3 years site-based experience in a HSE role within the resources industry, preferably within Oil and Gas maintenanceMinimum diploma in OHS or higherStrong understanding and working knowledge of appropriate Australian Safety legislation, standards and codesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant softwareCommitment to safety and complianceProof of right to work in AustraliaLife at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
